Choose the plan for the workload
The pricing page and billing workspace show the current monthly and annual prices. Server-side checks determine the effective plan and capabilities.
- Free keeps the public light-scan entry path available.
- Solo includes 10 managed audits per monthly cycle.
- Pro includes unlimited managed audits under the product fair-use and safety controls.
Understand quota enforcement
A managed audit is accepted only when the account, verified domain state, selected profile, and remaining capacity allow it. A browser label never overrides the server decision.
Buy additional credits
Credit packs provide additional managed audit capacity where the current product offers them. Available packs contain 7, 25, or 80 credits and are shown before Checkout.
Manage the subscription
- Use Checkout to start a subscription or purchase a credit pack.
- Use the Stripe Customer Portal for supported subscription and payment changes.
- Treat Stripe receipts and VICE audit notifications as separate communication channels.
Resolve a billing mismatch
Refresh the billing workspace after a completed payment. If the effective plan still differs, provide the account identifier and Stripe receipt reference to support without sharing full payment details.
